Delicious and easy to make, enjoy these Sleep TimeTM based recipes 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.

  1. Classic: Pour 150ml of cold water into a mug or cup, empty one sachet of Sleep TimeTM into the cup and stir vigorously. Optional: warm your mixed Sleep TimeTM for up to 40 seconds in a microwave (1000W) on high power. Adjust time to suit your microwave and personal preference.


  2. Creamy, chocolatey treat: Mix ½ teaspoon of carob powder with 2 tablespoons of boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add 150ml of almond milk and one sachet of Sleep TimeTM, stir until combined. Almond milk is naturally rich in magnesium and carob delivers a delicious chocolate-like flavour without any caffeine.


  3. Sweet & Spicy: Mix one Sleep TimeTM sachet with 150ml of warm water (not boiling), add a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom for a spicy variation. These spices also aid digestion.


  4. Chilled banana: Blend one small banana with 150ml cool water, 50ml almond milk and one sachet of Sleep TimeTM. Bananas are not only delicious, but also a rich source of potassium, magnesium and tryptophan which can assist with relaxation and sleep.


  5. Soothing Lavender: Steep 2-3 lavender flower heads in 150ml of boiling water for 5 minutes; remove the flowers and mix in one sachet of Sleep TimeTM. Lavender is well known for its calming properties, especially its aroma.
